Mark Carr
Mark is a Chartered Certified Accountant and started Mark Carr & Co in May 1999, deciding to dedicate the practice to looking after the accountancy, financial and tax advisory needs of those involved in the entertainment industry.
In April 2018 Mark Carr & Co became part of the Streets organisation and its specialist media and entertainment arm, Streets Media Group. This enables Mark to continue to look after his clients, expand the services offered and to look after a growing portfolio of clients.
Mark regularly attends the Actors Centre, London, the UK’s leading organisation which supports actors throughout their careers. Mark offers financial support and guidance to actors attending the Centre. He also presents on aspects of finance and tax at various Drama Schools.
Tom Mills
Tom is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience of looking after the financial and tax needs of clients, including those who are self employed as well as limited companies and company directors.
Tom has a wealth of knowledge covering all aspects of accountancy and taxation including VAT, R&D tax credits, PAYE, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax. His empathy for clients and understanding of their needs means he is ideally placed and widely appreciated by those in the media and entertainment sector.
John Donegan
John is an accountant and tax adviser with experience in using software to help clients understand their financials and to help them understand the world of tax for those in media and entertainment.
Understanding that being in the world of media, both personal and business worlds do often meet. John takes the time to talk with clients to help them understand the intricacies of the sector and help them along their journey, ranging from those just starting out to seasoned performers.

Jennie Brown is a Chartered Tax Adviser with expertise in navigating both domestic and international tax legislation. She guides individuals, business owners, and professionals in the media and entertainment industry through the complexities of cross-border tax planning, ensuring they have clear strategies in place to meet their financial goals while managing tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
Jennie's focus is on personal taxation, with particular expertise in areas such as Inheritance Tax and Wealth Protection Planning, IR35 compliance for contractors and freelancers, and Property Planning—assisting clients with the most appropriate structures whether they are based locally or working internationally. Additionally, her in-depth knowledge of Residence and Domicile rules allows her to effectively advise clients on international mobility and cross-border tax implications, crucial for entertainers, performers, and digital nomads working globally.
She also works closely with family lawyers to handle the tax aspects of high-profile divorces and separations, ensuring that global tax liabilities are minimized and the full range of international tax considerations are applied.

Hiren Patel
Hiren is an experienced Tax Manager working in the Private Client tax industry looking after a mixed portfolio of High Net Worth individuals, UK and Overseas individuals and partnerships dealing with Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax compliance requirements as well as HMRC enquiries and disclosures and consultancy work. Hiren has experience in dealing with clients in the media industry particularly where this involved cross border and international taxation.
Paul Tutin
Paul became Chairman of the Streets Group in 2003 and has a wealth of experience, advising on all aspects of accounting, taxation and investment but with a strong auditing bias. His client base encompasses PLCs, international private groups, foreign companies, professional firms and family companies.
